Stone's Throw Coffee Is Coming to South Knoxville
South Knoxville, hello. We’re Stone’s Throw Coffee — a queer-owned coffee shop and community arts space working toward the right South Knoxville home. There’s more about us on our story page.
Here’s what we’re building, plainly:
- Good coffee at neighborhood prices. Lattes, specialty lattes, cappuccinos, dirty chai, drip, red eyes, hot cocoa — and a chaga mushroom coffee we think you’re going to ask about. The full menu is already up.
- Local art on the walls. Rotating features for Knoxville artists and makers, with bios and links so the work goes home with people. Apply to be featured — we’re booking now.
- Drag shows, readings, and music. Drag performances, local authors, Appalachian writers, queer writers, poetry, and low-volume acoustic sets on the events calendar.
- Sober-friendly community nights. Evening gatherings where nobody needs a drink in hand to belong.
